For me, the first data visualization is really hard for coming out ideas. This is a data visualization of my watched animes over the past years and I just pick the list of 300 most populat anime and find which one I have watched. Actually the real number might be much more bigger than this becasue many of my watched anime is not very popular. Being an OTAKU for the past few years, I actually is also enjoying myself. Now I am not an OTAKU, I am using this visualization to memorize my past memory for animes. And maybe I can find some friends. Unfortunately, my favorite director Yuasa Masaaki’s work miss this list! What a pity! The width is based on its popularity and the height is based on its ranking.
