Buying tools for assembly

As I make more mess while assemble the piece, I somhow realize that I need to have really nice set of tool to assemble this piece. So I bought some from Mcmaster.



Also I figure out that I need to design the piece in order to fit into the assembly tools I bought. This is interesting for me because I would not know this unless I make 3-4 prototypes… So for instance, if I want to use the nut driver bit for the nut inside the hole, I need to make the inner diamter of the hole a little bit bigger than the nut driver bit outside diameter.

I also build some jigs for hammering the wood properly. But I did not take a photo. So lets just look at the 4 machines I assembled now.
