So based on the previous prototype, I do another model in Solidworks. It is also a lasercutting version. Previous one is 6mm thick but this is only 3 mm thick wood. I also use all the new components and adjust the model according to the flange and bearing I got.

It works very well and I test it with the motor and it can spin well too.
Also it is time for me to fly to Singapore and then quarantine there for 14 days and then fly to USA. I feel that there would be much work remains because US and China is using different standard for components. Everything in China is mm but in US, everything is in inch.

Story

So I carry crazy stuff with me while traveling. The funny thing is that I first experience the luggage check because there are too many metal components in my luggage case. I carry 2 case with me and 1 and half of them is filled with glue gun, motor, screws, shaft, arduino, Raspberry Pi and so on…
